Click Generate QR Code. The system encrypts and seals your data into the code.

Print & submit

Print the QR code page and hand it in at the facility together with your original documents.

The VMS operator scans the code to auto-fill the registration form — no manual re-entry needed.

Company Registration

Generate a QR code containing your company's trade license, owner details, and contact information.

  • Company name, type & category
  • Trade license number, emirate & authority
  • Owner Emirates ID, passport & visa details
  • Banking & TRN information (optional)

Employee Registration

Generate a QR code for each employee who will be visiting the facility under your company's registration.

  • Employee full name & nationality
  • Emirates ID, passport & visa details
  • Designation & education
  • Your company's trade license number

Note: QR codes generated here are encrypted and sealed. The VMS application will reject any code that has been altered or tampered with, and codes expire automatically after a limited number of days. If you need to correct information after printing, generate a new QR code.
